Terms of service
Short, because there is not much to hide. What an audit is, what it is not, and who owes whom what.
Effective 29 August 2026
Who this agreement is between
These terms are between you — the person or business holding the account — and Abhishek Kumar Sharma, trading as LLMBlaze, a sole proprietor based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. If you accept them on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm you are allowed to. Creating an account or requesting an audit means you accept them.
What LLMBlaze is
LLMBlaze measures how often, and how, AI answer engines mention and cite brands when asked buyer-intent questions. It delivers that as audit reports and, on subscription tiers, as tracking over time. The full method is published on the methodology page and forms part of these terms: what it says we do is what we promise to do.
It is a measurement, not a guarantee. AI engines change their answers from day to day and we report a range for that reason. We do not promise that any figure will improve, that a recommendation will work, or that an engine will behave the same way tomorrow. It is not legal, financial or search-engine advice.
Keeping it yours
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think it has been compromised.
- You must give a working email address; it is how we reach you about your account.
- One person, one account. Teams are added as members of an organization, not by sharing a login.
- You must be 18 or over.
What you may not do with it
- Measure a brand in order to harass, defame or impersonate its owner.
- Resell access to the service itself outside the white-label terms below.
- Probe, overload or try to get around the service’s security, or other customers’ data.
- Use it in breach of the law where you are, or of the AI engines’ own terms as they apply to you.
If you are an agency
Agency tiers let you present reports to your clients under your own name. You may do that. In exchange: you are responsible to your clients for the reports you give them and for what you tell them the figures mean; you may not remove or alter the methodology and limitations text inside a report, because those are what make the figures honest; and you are responsible for having the right to measure the brands you add.
Your clients’ data lives in workspaces inside your organization. You control who on your team sees them. We act on your instructions for that data, as described in the privacy policy.
Prices, invoices, refunds
Prices are on the pricing page at the time you buy, in US dollars unless the invoice says otherwise, and exclusive of any tax you are liable for. One-off audits are paid before the report is delivered. Subscriptions are billed in advance for each period and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops the next charge and access runs to the end of the paid period.
Refunds. If we fail to deliver an audit, or deliver one that does not follow the published method, you get your money back. A report you disagree with, or figures you had hoped would be higher, are not grounds for a refund — the method, not the result, is what you are paying for. Subscription periods already started are not refunded.
Whose is what
Your reports are yours. Use them, share them, publish them, put them in your pitch deck. The data you supply — brand details, prompts you edit, alias lists — stays yours; you give us the licence needed to run the service on it and nothing more.
The service, its method, its software, its text and its design are ours. Answers returned by AI engines are subject to those engines’ terms; we store them as evidence for your report and do not claim them.
We may say publicly that you are a customer only with your permission. Case studies are always agreed in writing first.
What we promise about the figures
We promise that each figure was produced by the published method: the stated number of prompts, engines and samples, the stated statistics, every answer stored and available to you on request. We do not promise the figures are “correct” in any sense beyond that, because the engines themselves are not stable enough for anyone to promise it, and we would rather tell you so here than let you find out later. Where we rely on a third-party data provider for a consumer surface, an outage or ban at that provider may delay a report or remove that surface from it; we will tell you, and neither is a failure to deliver. The AI engines are third parties who neither endorse nor participate in this service, and their answers are reproduced in reports as evidence of what they said, not as our claims.
The limits of what we owe each other
To the fullest extent the law allows: the service is provided as described and otherwise as-is; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business, however it arises; and our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or US $100 if that is more. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover us for claims by your own clients that arise from how you used or presented a report, except where the claim is caused by our failure to follow the published method.
Suspension, termination, and what happens to data
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend an account that breaches these terms or endangers the service, and will tell you why; we can end the service for everyone with 30 days’ notice, refunding any prepaid period beyond that.
When an account ends, its data is handled as the privacy policy describes: held 90 days, then purged, or purged at once if you ask.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction — but write to us first at hello@llmblaze.com. Almost everything can be sorted out by two people talking, and we would rather do that.
When these terms change
We will change these terms when the product changes — billing and the subscription tiers are the obvious next occasions. The effective date at the top moves. For changes that materially affect you, account holders get an email at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
